On March 30, 2012, the owner of a 2006 Nissan pickup truck contacted the Woodland Police Department to report the vehicle stolen. Woodland Police completed a stolen vehicle report and had the Nissan’s information entered into the state and federal crime computers. On April 27, 2011, the owner of a 1984 Chevrolet El Camino Classic drove to a local store and parked and secured her vehicle. According to the victim, she exited the store after a 20 minute period and saw that her El Camino was gone. At that time, she received a call from the LoJack
