The owner of a 1997 Toyota Camry contacted the Baltimore City Police Department to report that their vehicle was stolen during an armed carjacking which occurred in the 2400 block Eutaw Place in Baltimore City, Maryland. The Baltimore City PD verified the theft and entered the vehicle information into the state and federal crime computers
