In this amazing story, the victim sold his vehicle via craigslist, and days later discovered the suspect/buyer had paid for it with a bad check. The victim was unable to locate the suspect/buyer and met with the Modesto Police to report the vehicle stolen. A theft report was completed and the vehicle information was entered
