What if my Stolen Car is not recovered?

If your vehicle is equipped with a LoJack® System, has been reported to the police as stolen and is not recovered, you may be eligible to make a claim under the LoJack Limited Warranty, the LoJack Extended Limited Warranty or Protection Plus 5000 product.

To submit a claim, you will need to call LoJack Customer Service at 1-800-4-LOJACK (1-800-456-5225).

Please be prepared to provide the Customer Service Representative with:

  1. Your Vehicle’s Identification Number (VIN number),
  2. Original bill of sale, and
  3. A copy of the theft report from the police department.
