How to protect your car or truck

To ensure that your vehicle doesn't become another statistic among the list of most stolen cars, it's important to provide your vehicle with a proper system of car theft prevention. Unfortunately, traditional methods of prevention often fall short of truly protecting your car or truck. Well-trained thieves are often able to find ways around car alarm systems and anti-theft devices, rendering your vehicle helpless.

Whether or not your automobile ranks with the top most stolen cars, LoJack is the ultimate system for protection from auto theft. With a better than 90 percent recovery rate, the LoJack System is the most effective method of stolen vehicle recovery.

A leader in car theft recovery, LoJack is the only vehicle recovery system that works directly with law enforcement to protect your vehicle. Once a theft is reported, a routine entry in the state crime database will automatically trigger the LoJack-equipped system on your car or truck. Police are then able to follow the signal emitted by the LoJack Radio Transceiver hidden in one of as many as 20 places on your vehicle. They then follow the car's location, track it down, recover it and return it to you.

In most stolen car incidents, a loss of time, no eyewitnesses and no leads to investigate make it very difficult for law enforcement to track down and recover your vehicle. LoJack continues to protect your car even after the theft occurs; allowing you to rest easy knowing your vehicle is in good hands.
