V. LoJack SafetyNet
• A new comprehensive service that answers the growing market need for solutions that track and rescue people with cognitive disorders – those with Alzheimer’s, autism, Down syndrome and dementia – who are at risk of wandering.

LoJack's "Street Smarts" Consumer Education Program

To educate consumers about the growing problem of mobile asset theft, LoJack launched its online Knowledge Center, a seperate part of its website that can be accessed by going to www.lojack.com/knowledge.  The Knowledge Center houses valuable information for consumers including Fast Facts on Vehicle Theft, Recent Studies, Surveys and Stats, as well as Tips and Tools on Protecting Your Vehicle.

As a part of its educational program, LoJack has developed a series of booklets designed to help people understand the "who, what, and where" of auto, motorcycle and commercial equipment theft and learn what they can do to adequately protect their mobile assets. "Street Smarts" is an educational booklet on vehicle theft protection and "Teen Smarts" provides new drivers (and parents of new drivers) with driving safety tips along with vehicle protection advice.  “Bike Smarts” is designed to help motorcycle enthusiasts understand the growing problem of bike theft, while “Site Smarts” is aimed at helping those in the construction industry protect their equipment from theft.  Each of these booklets can be accessed online from the Knowledge Center.
