If your vehicle is not recovered and you have the LoJack Limited Warranty, the LoJack Extended Limited Warranty or Protection Plus 5000 product, you should submit a claim for processing. 

To submit a claim, you will need to call LoJack Customer Service at 1-800-4-LOJACK (1-800-456-5225). Please be prepared to provide the Customer Service Representative with your VIN number, original bill of sale and a copy of the accident report from the police department.
