Rory Cowan, Chairman of the Board
Mr. Cowan has served as a director of the Company since February 2007 and as Lead Director since February 2011 before being elected Chairman of the Board in May 2012. He is Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Lionbridge Technologies, Inc., a publicly held company which he founded in 1996. Prior to founding Lionbridge, Mr. Cowan was Executive Vice President and member of the Management Committee for R.R. Donnelley & Sons. He was also Chief Executive Officer of Stream International, Inc., a division of  R.R. Donnelley & Sons. Mr. Cowan also serves on the Board of Directors of Sielox, Inc., a publicly held company that markets video and imaging products to the security market.

Mr. Cowan’s current experience as Chief Executive Officer of a public technology company with a significant international presence enables him to contribute insight into our domestic and international markets, and in particular on matters relating to our capital and liquidity.

Randy L. Ortiz, Chief Executive Officer and President
Mr.Ortiz was appointed as LoJack’s Chief Executive Officer and President effective November 1, 2011. Prior to joining LoJack, Mr.Ortiz served as Chief Executive Officer of Carmoza LLC from November 2010 to October 2011, and as director of Carmoza LLC from April 2010 to October 2011. From 2007 through March 2010, Mr.Ortiz served as General Manager, Ford and Lincoln-Mercury Sales Operations, a division of Ford Motor Company. From 2002 to 2006, Mr.Ortiz served as General Sales Manager, Ford Customer Service Division, General Manager, Ford Worldwide Export Operations and held various other management positions with Ford Motor Company from 1982 to 2002.

Ken Dumas, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
Mr. Dumas joined LoJack in November 2014 and brings more than 20 years of finance and accounting experience to LoJack. Prior to joining the Company, he served as CFO and Treasurer at Chase Corporation, a manufacturer of protective materials for high reliability applications throughout the world. Before becoming Chase's CFO in 2007, Mr. Dumas served the company as Director of Finance and Corporate Controller. From 1993 to 2003 he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Boston, where he earned his CPA and his positions included Senior Manager in the firm's Assurance Practice.


Hal Dewsnap, Senior Vice President and General Manager (U.S. Sales)
Mr. Dewsnap joined LoJack in January 2013 as our Senior Vice President/General Manager of U.S. Sales. Mr. Dewsnap brings 30 years of domestic and international sales experience to LoJack. Prior to joining the Company, he served as Regional Sales, Service and Parts Manager for the Ford Motor Co. in Boston, where as the top executive in New England he led a team responsible for more than $2 billion in annual sales. From 2005 to 2010 Dewsnap was Ford’s Los Angeles Regional Sales Manager. In addition, Dewsnap has served as Ford’s VP/District Manager in Puerto Rico and Marketing Manager for the Middle East District for Ford’s Worldwide Direct Market Operations.

Jose M. Oxholm, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Mr. Oxholm joined LoJack Corporation in April 2012.  Most recently, Mr. Oxholm was the Associate General Counsel for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company from October 2005 to April 2012, where he primarily focused on legal affairs for Latin America.  Before joining Goodyear, Mr. Oxholm held various legal counsel positions at Ford Motor Company between September 2000 and September 2005, serving clients in the United States, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America.  Before entering the corporate environment, Mr. Oxholm served at the law firms of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld, L.L.P. in New York and Thompson Hine LLP in Cleveland.

Emad S. Isaac, Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Isaac joined LoJack as our Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer in February of 2013. Before joining LoJack, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Rand McNally. Prior to Rand McNally, Mr. Isaac was Chief Technology Officer at Morey Corporation, an electronics manufacturing services company, from 2005 to 2011. From 2000 to 2005 Mr. Isaac was Systems Architect and Distinguished Member of the Technical Staff at Motorola, He also has served in engineering roles at Navistar International, CAE Electronics and Paramax.

Scott J. Tripp, Vice President of North American Operations
Mr.Tripp joined LoJack in 1990 and is currently Vice President of Domestic Operations. Mr.Tripp served as our Director of Operations from 2001 to 2008 and Regional Operations Manager from 1999 to 2001. Prior to 1999, Mr.Tripp held a variety of roles of increasing responsibility within our operations organization.
